“National dress – traces of world civilization” – under this title, the district round of the republican festival was held in the center of Mir Said Ali Hamadoni district. This festival brought together a wide range of residents, representatives of executive bodies of state power, women and girls and other activists in the area named after Ismoili Somoni of the district. The beginning of the festival began with the presentation of a festive performance of folk crafts.

More than 4,000 women and girls, employees of various organizations and institutions and rural communities of the district actively participated in this festival.

The purpose of this festival is to increase the feeling of patriotism and self-awareness, national pride, pay tribute to history and civilization, culture, folk customs, promote national clothes, prevent xenophobia, display the high art of domestic designers and artisans, and present the art and crafts of the Tajik people in the international arena.

In the continuation of the republican festival, a complete festive cultural program was presented by the artisans to the participants with the presentation of high-content songs, which expressed the friendship, unity and solidarity of the people and the independence and freedom of the country.

In the final part of the festival, in order to appreciate and motivate the participants, all teams were presented with certificates of appreciation and souvenirs for their active participation.
