On January 15, as part of the cultural event “Tajik-Iran Poetry Evening”, the Minister of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of the Islamic Republic of Iran visited the National Library Museum.

During the visit, the Minister of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of the Islamic Republic of Iran paid special attention to the manuscripts of books by great Persian and Tajik poets and writers, including the books of Mavlono Jaloliddin Balkhi, and expressed his desire for cooperation in the study of rare historical manuscripts.

It should be noted that the museum fund of the National Library of Tajikistan collects, preserves and stores rare books, manuscripts and other valuable historical materials.
