On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Constitution adoption  of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Republican Conference was held at Kulob State University named after Abu Abdullah Rudaki. At the beginning, the exhibition of the works of the Leader of the Nation Honorable Emomali Rahmon and other scientific and legal manuals were presented to the participants.

The conference entitled “Development of legislation on administrative violations in the Republic of Tajikistan” was held with the participation of representatives of the National Legislative Center under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, University leadership, relevant ministries and agencies, law enforcement officers, scientists and experts, and a wide range of teachers and students.

During the conference in the presentation of the reports, the speakers stated that the announcement of the year of legal education at the initiative of the Leader of the nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, is very important and necessary for the society of Tajikistan in the current conditions and it is bringing the desired results.

During the conference, 23 articles and presentations by scientists, experts and specialists related to the topics “Monitoring the implementation of legal acts as one of the effective ways to prevent corruption”, “Legal culture – a factor in the progress of civil society”, “Strengthening the powers of antimonopoly bodies in the direction of the proceedings of administrative violations” and other topics were discussed and studied related to the field of law. Implementation of this initiative to increase the legal awareness of citizens in relation to the supreme value of a person, his rights and freedoms to respect and compliance with the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, laws and other legal documents, increase the sense of patriotism, strengthen citizens’ interest in legal knowledge, expand citizens’ access to legal information and reduce the level of violations.
