The republican festival of Falak singers under the title “Sadoi dil” or “Sound of the heart” united the Falak singers of the republic on the stage of the State Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet named after Sadriddin Ayni. At the beginning of the event, Obid Nazariyon, the First Deputy Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan, spoke about the history of this traditional music of the Tajik people, its development during the period of independence.

It should be said that this festival was organized by the initiative of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Committee of Television and Radio under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

In the concert program of the artists of the “Falak” Ensemble of the Committee of Television and Radio under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the “Falak” ensemble named after Odina Hoshim of the Tajik State Philharmonic named after Akasharif Juraev, National Conservatory of Tajikistan named after Talabkhuja Sattorov, musical ensembles of Sughd and Khatlon regions, Kulob city, Murghob and Tojikobod districts performed.

After the presentation of the Falak singers concert, the participants of the cultural program were awarded with diplomas.
