The International Festival “Dance unites us” has begun in Dushanbe. Dance ensembles from five countries of the world are participating in the festival: Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Russia, and Moldova.

The international festival “Dance unites us” was organized in accordance with the program plan of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan with the aim of strengthening and expanding beneficial cultural ties with foreign countries, exchanging experience, and in this context, promoting national arts and crafts. At this festival, dance groups from the city of Dushanbe, Sughd region, Khatlon, and Gorno-Badakhshon Autonomous region presented national dances of Tajikistan.

The closing ceremony of the festival will be held today, on November 13, at the Opera and Ballet Theater named after Sadriddin Ayni.
