At the festive event in honor of Mother’s Day, which was held with the participation of women and girls from villages and localities, in the Palace of Culture of the Ayni district, the role and position of women in the public life of the district was emphasized.

It was noted that all measures are being taken to implement the state policy aimed at raising the status and position of women in society, caring for mothers, and providing decent working conditions for women and girls.

Today, more than 3,000 women in the Ayni district are productively engaged in various jobs. Including 1,412 in the education sector, 10 of whom are working in managerial positions.

In the health sector, 592 women are working for the health of the community, 15 of whom are working in health departments and centers as managers. More than 750 are working in the field of agriculture.

Also, as part of the celebration of Mother’s Day, a number of active women and veterans were presented with gifts on behalf of the Executive Body of the State Power of the district.

At the end of the event pupils and students and cultural workers delighted the audience with songs in praise of mothers.
