The International Jewelry Forum entitled “At the source of the treasury of Amudaryo river” brought together more than 200 jewelry companies and brands, artisans and individual designers from Azerbaijan, China, Russia, Turkmenistan, Turkey and Uzbekistan, as well as several other countries, in Dushanbe.

The opening ceremony of the forum was attended by the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as heads of local government bodies, ministries and departments of the countries participating in the forum, the diplomatic corps, representatives of international organizations and the education sector.

Within the framework of this Forum, an exhibition of jewelry products of domestic and foreign jewelry brands, craft organizations and jewelry designers was opened at the Dushanbe International Exhibition Center “Dushanbe Expo Centre”. At the exhibition, representatives of the country’s jewelry manufacturing enterprises, artisans exhibited samples of their products in special corners. At the same time, other corners of the exhibition were organized by jewelry products from Italy, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and China. which were attractive in every way.

Furthermore, the delegation of the forum participants visited the exhibition. It is expected that the International Jewelry Forum and the Exhibition of Tajikistan will become an effective platform for dialogue and further cooperation between industry players from foreign and local countries, and will also contribute to finding solutions for the effective implementation of projects for the production of jewelry products for various purposes.
