On May 21, the People’s Democratic Party of Tajikistan (PDPT) officially established its faction in the Assembly of Representatives
during the first meeting of its deputies, chaired by Mavsuma Muini, Vice Speaker of the Assembly of Representatives.
Muini emphasized that the PDPT deputies are dedicated to implementing President Emomali Rahmon’s policies and strengthening Tajikistan’s legislative framework. The faction’s legal status was formalized in line with the country’s constitutional and parliamentary laws.
The faction’s documents were submitted for registration to the Assembly of Representatives’ Commission for Oversight of Directives and Organizational Work.
