During a press conference of this institution, it was stated that 8 investment projects are currently being implemented in the field of healthcare and social protection of the population.

It was stated that during the reporting period, 3,575 people were provided with sanatorium and resort treatment vouchers in the sanatoriums of the State Agency for Social Protection of the Population and 82 pensioners at the republican level.

In the continuation of the press conference that the ministry has also achieved significant achievements in the field of medicine production in the country. According to the ministry officials, currently the number of domestically produced medicines in the republic is 598 items and their names are 351, which is 27 types and 26 names of medicines and medical products more than last year.
