At the initiative of the Institute of Philosophy, Political Science and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, a conference was held to recognize the outstanding thinker, philosopher, scientist and the illustrious son of the Tajik people, Abuali ibni Sino, entitled “The importance of the works of Abuali ibni Sino” .

The conference discussed the valuable works of Abuali ibni Sino, and it was emphasized that Abuali ibni Sino is one of the most prominent Tajik thinkers, who, with his comprehensive knowledge and worldview, made a valuable contribution to the world of medicine, and was recognized as one of the most productive scientists and writers in the world.

Sino’s creative activity began when he was 17-18 years old in 996-997 and lasted for exactly 40 years. He created his prose and poetry in both Tajik and Arabic.

It was emphasized that the works and thoughts of Abuali ibni Sino have not only not lost their scientific significance to this day, but are considered even more important over time. In particular, his works written in Tajik have played a significant role in the development of the Tajik philosophical and scientific language.

It should be noted that so far published 8 volumes of Abuali ibni Sino’s works in Tajik and Russian, the ninth volume is about to be published, and volumes 12 to 16 have been fully translated and published in Tajik and Russian.
