As part of the celebrations of the international Nawruz holiday, a “Nowruz Caravan” was organized this morning at the initiative of the Executive Body of the State Power of Khatlon region, in which active women, mothers, and girls participated and celebrated the world-famous Nawruz with special splendor, taking into account folk customs and traditions.   

On this day, the leadership of the executive bodies of state power of the Khatlon, the representative of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as guests from the Republic of Uzbekistan and other leaders and activists visited the exhibition of folk crafts, agricultural products, achievements and successes of departments and organizations, and Navruz rituals and traditions of the multinational people of the city of Bokhtar, talked with artisans and veterans of labor, participants of the Navruz event, and recalled the history of the Navruz and its contribution to human civilization      

Also, during the Navruz festivities, a theatrical concert program was presented by artists from the Khatlon region, with Tajik order and rituals, in which each song and music was about the beautiful season of spring, homeland, Navruz, independence, prosperity and progress of the homeland.
